Step 4: list all of the thoughts and feelings that might get in the way of the toward moves. This can be things like “I don’t have time” or “I have to get this email sent” through to “I’ll deal with my dishes later” or “that looks clean enough to me".
Feelings like frustration, boredom, anger, and embarrassment can all get in the way. Noticing is our first step to having these thoughts and feelings interfere less.
