It can be hard to change habits such as eye rolling or to notify colleagues on updates on a project. We can run out of frontal lobe battery and end up in old habits.
It’s really important to keep in mind the internal thoughts and feelings that will get in the way. Encourage everyone to practice skills to be better able to manage these normal experiences so that everyone can make more toward moves.
