What can you do that would move you toward the values you just described? This means coming up with behaviours that would express this value.
Behaviourally, what would you need to do for someone to describe you in the way that you want to show up? This is the tricky part. We might say "I want to be respectful."
What does that look like? Are you nodding your head, listening, not talking over the other person? Did you really hear the other person or were preparing your reply? Most of us are preparing our reply.
